Belief Transformation

Belief Transformation uses muscle testing and specific postures to help you find and then gently change negative beliefs into positive ones. The beliefs that are worked with in Belief Transformation are most often things that we came to believe in our first 5 years of our life.  These beliefs were put in place as we did our best with our limited experience and knowledge to interoperate and understand the things that were happening to and around us.

As adults we often don’t remember the things that we came to belief as children.  Yet the beliefs formed in childhood remain in the foundation of our sense of self, the world and our place in it.  With Belief Transformation you can find your negative beliefs and shift them to a positive supportive belief.
