KUNDALINI TRANCE DANCE:
8 Week Sacred Alchemical Chakra Journeys
We open to earth and solar energies and activate our energy flows within. Each week we take a 120 minute ecstatic dance journey through the chakra system, directing our awareness into one chakra per week. We will experience each chakra gateway in five phases; a physical body phase where we open the body parts governed by the particular chakra; an emotional body purification phase where we dance to clear the chakra and related body parts of stagnant emotional energy that blocks life force flow; an ecstatic alchemy phase where we connect the chakra to the heart, lifting the vibration as love; a spiritual body phase where we link up to and connect the chakra with solar source energy, then anchor the light of source back down through the chakra; and we complete with a mental body phase where we integrate our journey and work with intentions to affirm the highest divine potential of the chakra’s consciousness. The first class in the series is an introduction dance in which we dance through all the chakra gateways and get acquainted with this ancient map of tantric alchemy. Private and group sessions.
