My greatest joy in this work comes from helping people find freedom from the tyranny of their “Story”: the unconsciously-held beliefs about themselves, others and the world around them.  Having personally experienced that transformation and reconnection of body, mind and spirit, I draw upon many healing modalities to guide and facilitate you to come back to the experience of thriving – not just surviving.
